A Fair Housing poster should be posted at any place of business where the dwelling is offered for sale or rental and at the dwelling. The poster should be prominently displayed so as to be readily apparent to all persons seeking housing. The poster should be 11” by 14” and bear the “Equal Housing Opportunity” legend.
