The HMDA data regarding our residential mortgage lending activity are available online for review. These data provide information about the geographic distribution of loans and applications, as well as applicant and borrower demographics, including ethnicity, race, sex, age, and income. Information regarding loan approvals and denials is also available. HMDA data can be viewed on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau website at www.consumerfinance.gov/hmda. HMDA data for many other financial institutions are also available through this resource.
