Product Details

    Details

This counterfeit detection pen is easy to use and produces fast results. Just a mark on a counterfeit bill will give you an indication of the bills validity. When marked, the ink from the pen will react to the wood-based or fiber-based paper. The color of a genuine bill will remain amber while suspect bills will appear black or a dark brown color. Because the pen's truth telling serum reacts to wood-based fiber this pen works effectively with all bills including newly issued bank notes. Any suspect bills should be tested with a more advanced counterfeit technology.

    • Easy to use; simply mark a line on US currency: amber, the bill is genuine, black or dark brown, the bill is suspect
    • Inexpensive currency screening device
    • Effective for any cash business
    • This product can be used in conjunction with other counterfeit detection methods for added security
    • Contains an iodine solution that reacts with the starch in wood-based paper to create a black stain. When the solution is applied to the fiber-based paper used in real bills, no discoloration occurs. The pen detects bills printed on normal copier paper instead of the fine papers used by the U.S. Treasury.
