New Account Form

If you would like to open a new account, email your completed New Account Form to info@blockinc.com. You may also fax your completed New Account Form to 800.435.5707.

Update Account Information

For security reasons, changes to your account's default billing and shipping address must be done over the phone, please call Customer Service at 800.323.7556 from 7am-6:30pm CST.

Benefits of Registration

Creating an account at blockandcompany.com is easy. Within 24 hours of completing and submitting the online form, you will receive an email notification that your account has been created. When you receive confirmation of your User ID and Password, you can Login and utilize all My Account features, including:

  • Order Status – Search and get instant status on all open and shipped orders you place with Block.
  • Order Manager – Use this tool to create special product lists that are easy to reference by branch or location to make re-ordering fast.
  • Express Order – Already know what you want? Just enter the Block item number into this helpful web form and enter your order instantly.

In-stock product ordered by 2:30 p.m (CST) ship same day pending approval and availability of stock.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All custom manufactured products are subject to an over or under run of up to 10%.

Because of computer screen adjustments, ink formular, changes in material etc. the color shown on our website are only to represent the standard colors that we use to manufacture custom, made-to-order products.

Sorry, no returns on custom and made-to-order products.

Order Status

To request your order status, please fill out the quick contact us form or email info@blockinc.com with your email address and sales or web order number.

Procurement Programs

Block and Company will work with your preferred procurement method whether it's approved vendor lists, bids, RFP, RFQ, auctions or contracts. Please submit our online Block Partnership Program Form or speak with your Account Manager regarding these types of services.

Return Policy

Block and Company offers the best guarantee in the industry. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your experience, we'll do whatever it takes to make you happy. Let us know within 30 days, and we'll issue you a full refund, credit, replacement, or do what we can to work with you!


The only exception, is custom and made-to-order merchandise, that is fabricated, printed or sewn exactly to your specifications. Sorry, no returns on this merchandise.


All products must be returned in their original packaging with all paperwork, manuals, etc. Please call Customer Service at 800.323.7556 to obtain an authorization number. Returned packages must include this authorization number and be returned within 30 days.


Restocking charges may apply if the product is returned.

Payment Methods

Block accepts credit cards, prepaid wire transfer, proforma invoices, ACH, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). You can also apply for credit terms by filling out our Credit Application.

Credit Application

If you would like to order with credit terms, email your completed Credit Application to info@blockinc.com. You may also fax your completed Credit Application to 800.435.5707. Once submitted and approved, you will have an option in your shopping cart that allows you to make purchases with credit terms.

Sales Tax Statement

Block and Company is required by law to charge sales tax in the states listed below. If the ship-to state is not listed below, tax will not be charged.

Tax Exempt Certificate

State law requires that Block and Company have a properly executed exemption certificate from all customers who claim sales tax exemption. If you qualify for tax exemption, email your sales tax exemption certificate to ar@blockinc.com. You may also fax your sales tax exemption certificate to 847.537.9768. Once we have received the completed exemption certificate, we will update the account within one business day.

Tracking Information

When your order ships you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking information. If your shipping confirmation does not include a tracking number, please fill out the contact us form or email info@blockinc.com with your email address and sales or web order number.

Redeem Promo Code

You must be on the "View Cart" or "Cart Review" page to apply a promo code to your order. On the lower left side of the "View Cart" page under the section "Promo Code" you must enter your promo code and click "Apply Promo" before clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button.


Promo codes might be rejected if there are ineligible items in your cart, the order amount is below the promotion threshold, or the promo code is expired.
