Please Note:
New Block Customers: If you are a new Block customer and would like to order with credit terms, you must download and fax your completed credit application to 847-537-9768. Once submitted and approved, you will have an option appear in the shopping cart allowing you to buy with credit terms.
Current Block Customers: If you are a current Block customer with credit terms, simply complete the registration form Within 24 hours of completing and submitting the online form, you will receive email notification that your account terms have been activated.
