Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions

• All claims must be received by email (using the provided form on this page) within three days of the item purchase date.
  


• The product must be from a U.S. merchant and be the exact same make, model, and color.
  


• Custom imprinted and made to order items are excluded from the price guarantee.
  


• The provider of the product must have the item in stock and available for immediate delivery.
  


• The pricing guarantee does not apply to auction sites.
  


• The pricing guarantee applies to price of the item before any applicable shipping charges, taxes, and handling fees.
  


• Limited to three claims per customer per any 60-day period. 
  


• Limited to three of the same item number per customer.
  
  
• Does not apply to merchants offering reconditioned, refurbished, returned or closeout items.
  


• Does not apply to merchant items being sold via price agreements, sales promotions, coupons, rebates, quantity discounts or pricing errors.
  


• Block and Company must be able to independently confirm the lower price as well as the immediate availability of the item from the merchant.
  


• The 10% difference will be issued in the form of a credit to your existing account, or in the form of an online coupon code for purchases at the blockandcompany.com website.
